Export a PDF
Click the toolbar's Export as PDF button next to Share, choose File → Export as PDF…, or press Command–Shift–E. GlyphGlance keeps text, mathematics, and Mermaid diagrams as vector content whenever possible.
Viewer zoom does not change the exported PDF layout.
The detected document title is also stored in the PDF's Title metadata. If there is no heading, GlyphGlance uses the original filename without its extension. The suggested PDF filename remains based on the source filename.
Markdown headings become clickable entries in the PDF's Table of Contents, nested by heading level. In Apple's Preview app, choose View → Table of Contents to browse them. Both #-style and underlined headings are supported; headings inside code blocks are not included. This adds PDF navigation, not an extra contents page. Documents without headings have no contents entries.
Exports include a document structure tree for supported headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, code, diagrams, and display formulas. Text language and authored diagram descriptions are retained. Source disclosures and viewer controls are excluded. Exported formulas also retain their TeX as a text alternative. This improves accessible reading but is not a guarantee of PDF/UA compliance or of accessibility for a source document with missing descriptions.
